Shijiazhuang Jirong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was established in 2006 and is located in the Shijiazhuang High-Tech Industrial Development Zone (Circular Chemical Industry Park—No. 8, North Chemical Road), Hebei Province. It is among the first batch of specialized chemical industrial parks recognized by the Hebei Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and was awarded the title of “Top 30 National Chemical Industry Parks” in 2020. The company enjoys uniquely advantageous foundations and conditions for the development of biotechnology. The company primarily manufactures injection-grade and pharmaceutical-grade amino acid products, including glycine, methionine, proline, lysine hydrochloride, threonine, leucine, alanine, phenylalanine, tryptophan, and serine APIs. It holds independent import and export rights, with a designed production capacity of 5,000 tons per year for APIs and over 20,000 tons per year for exported products. The company is one of the largest API manufacturers of amino acids in China. The company previously won the First Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress of Hebei Province for its heterogeneous bio-catalytic serine project. It is a high-tech enterprise and also a “Specialized, Fine, and New” enterprise in Hebei Province. In May 2020, the company successfully renewed its drug production license issued by the National Medical Products Administration and passed the compliance inspection under the new GMP standards. Additionally, it has obtained multiple certifications, including ISO22000, KOSHER, and HALAL.
