On December 10th, a training meeting for newly added industrial enterprises above designated size was held at the Huayang Holiday Hotel in Zhengding. Leaders from the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology and relevant leaders from the Bureau's Operations Department attended the meeting. At the meeting, the leaders of the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology announced multiple support policies for enterprises above designated size. One of them is the implementation of key assistance, including the inclusion of enterprises above designated size in the "Hebei Province Government Enterprise Service Direct Information Platform", and the formation of a lawyer service team to conduct an annual "legal examination" for enterprises above designated size, actively helping enterprises coordinate and solve difficulties and problems encountered in production and operation. Secondly, prioritize financial services, increase financial support for enterprises above designated size, improve the government bank enterprise docking mechanism, encourage commercial banks to innovate financial products, simplify loan approval procedures, give priority to helping enterprises above designated size coordinate and solve their liquidity needs, and provide interest rate discounts in accordance with national policies and regulations to provide loan renewal and turnover services for eligible enterprises. Thirdly, the Industrial Growth Contribution Award has been established. The fourth is to implement precise and differentiated environmental protection governance measures. For the staggered production plan in autumn and winter and the emergency response plan for heavy pollution weather, priority should be given to ensuring the reasonable demands of enterprises above designated size, and ensuring the orderly production and reasonable release of advanced production capacity of compliant enterprises. This series of support and preferential measures has boosted our confidence and enthusiasm for the sustainable development of Jirong Pharmaceutical.
