【Job Responsibilities】:

 

(1) Fully preside over the daily management of the pharmaceutical factory, and take overall responsibility for the quality of the pharmaceutical factory's work, the completion of work tasks, the management of staff, the management of assets, and safety work.

(2) Responsible for formulating the job responsibilities of the staff above the managerial level of the directly-administered department and guiding, supervising and evaluating (evaluating) them.

(3) Responsible for reporting the work of the pharmaceutical factory to the chairman, conveying the spirit of the chairman's instructions to the employees of the pharmaceutical factory, and organizing and implementing the resolutions and relevant rules and regulations of the board of directors.

(4) Responsible for reviewing the administrative and financial management systems of the pharmaceutical factory, and for approving other production and quality documents.

(5) Responsible for guiding the work of various departments of the pharmaceutical factory, coordinating the relations of each department, and urging each department to give full play to its functional role.

(6) Responsible for organizing the work of safe production, safe firefighting, environmental protection, and continuous improvement of working conditions; gradually improving the material and cultural life of employees on the basis of the development of pharmaceutical factories.
